BUISCUITS
 4 cups all purpose flour
½ lb butter
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 ½ cup milk
Pinch of salt

      Cut the butter in the flour. Add the sugar and the baking powder. Add the milk andmix quickly. Form a flat rectangle, wrap it in parchment paper and refrigerate until ready to use. Roll the dough about 1 cm high. With a round cutter cut the dough into circles. Bake in a 350 ° oven until light golden.

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM BISCUITS
12 biscuits
2 cups strawberries
250 ml/2 cups whipping cream
1 tsp pure vanilla or 1 vanilla bean
¼ cup sugar
Icing sugar for dusting
      Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut in quarters. Whip the cream and add the sugar and the vanilla. Cut the biscuits in half. Spoon a little whipped cream over the bottom half. Arrange some strawberries over the cream. Place the top half of the biscuits on top of the strawberries and cream. Repeat step 4 and 5. Dust with icing sugar.
